You are strictly prohibited from:

4. Purchases & Subscription Access

Lifetime Purchases:

A lifetime purchase grants you permanent access to the specific title purchased, tied to your registered account. This right is non-transferable and does not include resale, redistribution, or sharing of the content.

Subscriptions:

An active subscription grants temporary access to the available catalog during the subscription period. Access ends automatically upon cancellation or expiration. CIOMIRTAN does not guarantee that specific titles will remain in the catalog throughout a subscription period.

Suspension of Access:

Access rights - whether purchased or subscribed - may be suspended or revoked without refund in cases of:

• Breach of these Terms of Use.
• Attempted fraud or payment disputes initiated in bad faith.
• Account sharing or unauthorized redistribution of content.

5. Payments & Refunds

All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact [email protected] within 7 days of purchase.
